Question when you log in to HB support does anyone get the promp. Or have got the promp Do you want blank blank  to remember the username and or password. Windows 7   IE-9     Thanks Gary

Never have got the prompt...Vista IE9
It will save my email address in a drop down if I double click the user ID box when I return to the page after signing in the first time.

OK i thought mine used to save it but since they reworked HB support an my account  it does not give me a opition. Thanks Gary
