Topic: Left sidescan no image return speed above 2 mph

I recently installed an 898c SI on my 24' pontoon, transducer placed on right (facing forward) pontoon. At boar speed over 2mph I lose definition on the left sides can return. Such has in past meant motor turbulence. I think that may be about only place I can place transducer. Any idespas of solution or other solution?

Move the transducer deeper into the water maybe?
Install some sort of jig that will allow you to mount the transducer farther forwards?

Thanks Greg. Put aftermarket power trim on motor which moved motor back. Problem solved.
