Hello Guys,
So I recently bought an Ethernet unit along with all the cables required. Once I finished the installation, for some reason I can't seem to get one of my helix 9 units to show the network tab. I've tried resetting to default, unplugging the cables and plugging it back on, etc. Both my units are the KVD helix 9 models. Am I doing something wrong?

There are reports of specific ports may not work ...
Try moving the connection to a different port on the AS ETH 5XPG ...

Yeah, I've tried all ports and still have the same issue. It's probably not the port from the hub that's an issue here I think. Because no matter what port the cables are in, I test them on both units. One is showing the network tab while the other isn't. I have a feeling its the Helix unit that's faulty, however its out of the warranty considering its a first gen unit. Does anyone else have other ideas what the problem could be?

Just a little update, I just realized that if I'm just using 2 units I wouldn't need to use the ethernet hub. However, after doing a direct link from unit to unit, it still came out with the same outcome. One unit has the network tab and the other doesn't.

Have you tried Restore Defaults ...??
Have you updated the software ... ??

Yeah, I tried pretty much everything. Suggestions I read up on other forums, etc. The last version for 1st gen was back in February 2019. Resetting to default did nothing. I'm at a lost of what else I can do.

You mentioned the AS ETH 5XPG in the OP - this means you should have at least 2 Ethernet cables ...
Try the other one direct connected between the units ...
