Topic: A simulator question

Just returned from 3 short days of fishing,
With a bit of time this afternoon, I thought I would run through some options by practicing with the simulator option

Is this a problem?
When looking at the sonar view,
It was working when 200Khz was selected,
But,
When 83Khz was selected, the chart just froze on the right hand side of the screen?
Also, when I selected both, (200/83 Khz), Only the 200Khz part of the chart was working?

Should I just re-boot to default and start over? may try this in the morning
I had to re-boot the unit a few weeks ago due to a faulty depth reading, that fixed the problem
but starting to think I shouldn't have to keep on doing this

The Simulator is recording that Doug Vahrenberg captured ...and then HB "hard coded" the recording into the unit memory ...

Doug forgot to turn on the 83kHz during the capture of the Simulator recording ...(There will be no 83kHz sonar views with either the 83kHz selected or the 83kHz/200kHz selected as the "Beam Frequency" in the specific units that HB used Doug's recording for the Simulator)...

I have no idea which units in which year models this same Simulator recording was used ...

I'm learning every day here,
I was starting to think, "this is why I'm not getting any fish ID symbols", not so I see
Will have too look further and hope to do more testing in the near future
