Send HB tech support an email.  They will get back with you.  I am surprised you were on hold so long. Leave the operator the message on what you need and ask them to call you back if its gonna be a while.

Several times now I have called HB and hung up or my cell dropped the call while I was in the automated voice prompts. Not a minute later they had called me back just to make sure I had gotten thru to the dept I needed.  Now how many companies would do that!

Our Customer resource folks are unusually busy for this time of year, so try and have some patient when you call.  Some direction for when you do:

One of the benefits of this forum is that you can usually get your answer faster here than with a phone call.
There are almost 3000 members here who go from novice to very experienced. And this encompasses the whole planet.
There is probably more knowledge here than at the plant.
These folks are users and live and die by their units.
Always ask a quyestion here or search the site for information.
This is a great forum
