Title: error message software Autochart

Hello ,
I bought Autochart program and after installation when I want to start the following error message appears :
<An error occurred during startup (3 - 80040154)>
Mention that the program was recorded on my account on the Humminbird site .
Please help me to solve this problem .
The picture whit the message of error.

Sorry for the delay in a reply DM but I was at a total loss for an answer on this and had to reach out to an expert for help with this:

“It is due to a problem with a Windows service called WMI.

Greg, thank you for your return, I think your solution it's more elegant, but I succeed from yesterday evening with a more direct and crude solution, the Windows software was installed again.
So, no problem with the software AutoChart.
Finally, all that matters is the final result.
