Title: Helix gen2 SI networking with DI

I have a 10” gen2 Mega Chirp SI...if I network with 7” Gen2 Chirp DI unit, will the 7” show the side imaging signal from the 10” unit if set for using the 10” units transducer. thanks for any help in advance...you guys are the best.

HELIX 7 G2N models will network  ...

HELIX 7 G2 and G3 (no N) will not network  ...

Yeah...I realize they will network...my question is...will a non side imaging (DI) display the side images from a networked SI unit...in other words...

Can you use one SI unit to display SI images on itself AND a DI unit or do both units have to be Side imaging.

Yes sir  ... HELIX 7 DI CHIRP G2N can display all Sonar (2d/DI/SI)(even MEGA) from HELIX 10 MEGA SI CHIRP G2N   ...

(Note:  ...Your OP indicates HELIX 7 Gen2 (with no N) --G2N designation is important in HELIX 7 models {especially for readers in the background) because there are HELIX 7 G1 models, HELIX 7 G2 models, and HELIX 7 G3 models that will not network in any configuration)  ....
