Silicone removal
« on: January 12, 2015, 05:19:13 PM »
Time to install new Humminbird in my 4 year old ZX190. There is a hole that the temperature probe goes through at the top of the transon that I would like to use for the SI transducer wire. But the hole is full of silicone, any ideas on how to get it cleaned out without damaging the temperature probe wire?
