AlumaDucer for aluminum boats

The AlumaDucer is THE only inside-the-hull transducer option for aluminum boats that I know of.

I would mount the 798’s transducer right where the one you have now is mounted.

I have to agree on the alumaducer.  I get really good 2-d sonar through my .250 in  aluminum hull jet boat.  Any thinner skinned boats should not have any issues at all with the alumaducer.  Really easy to install and very good returns.  Just be sure to follow the directions and test out before making permanent.
