999 shows different map version than navionics website

the map that navionics gold shows on there website shows a much more detailed map than the map I get when I plug the navionics gold card into my humminbird 999, anyone know why I don't get the same detail

The Navionics webapp is updated daily ...

Your card data will be the data when Navionics made the card ...

Have you updated your card with the "Freshest Data" from the Navionics website ...??

I called navionics, it was the chip. The gold chip doesn't contain the detailed lakes I wanted. I explained to them that I clicked on the gold chart page, then clicked on the map on the gold page and told them the lakes show up on the gold map, but they stated they are really not on the gold chart. They are exchanged my chip for a different one
