Title: 788ci HELP!!

Hi, just wondering if anyone can help me, I have a new 788ci and the SD card reader in it does not seem to function? I have tried two different Sanddisk 2Gb cards and the head unit does not seem to register them? When I check the GPS diagostic view there is no card showing? I have an old version of software loaded (4.620) and wish to update and also wish to install a Navionics Gold card but It's not looking good....I guess I can buy a PC cable for the software upgrade but I wont be able to install a decent map!!!

Darren,
Call the Humminbird Customer Resource folks at 1-800-633-1468.  If you are calling on Monday; make sure you call early (8:00 am Central time) because this is their busiest day.

Thanks Greg, I sent it back and got a replacement and all is good   ;D
