Hi
I have just released a new version of the HumViewer program. It can be downloaded from http://humviewer.cm-johansen.dk/ (http://humviewer.cm-johansen.dk/)
Change Log

Version 81 (Release date 08-04-13 21:28)
-Added support for recordings made with new Humminbird firmware 6.600
-Added possibility to hide GPS position data when making movies and snapshots
-Added support for showing boat position dynamically in google earth when scrolling in HumViewer
-Changed the way google earth is opened, so it is no longer required to know installation directory
-Changed directory handling so it can now run on MAC (will be available soon)

Don't know if it will work on 64-bit, but it is working on Windows 7 32-bit.

Well I just installed the new version on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit machine and I am happy to report that it is working fine. I tried a couple of my recordings and all is well. Great Job Martin!!!!!

Thank you. I love hummviewer. I see things using this program on my computer that I would never see just looking at the humminbird monitor on my boat.

Any idea how I can get Hummviewer working?

I am having problem with Googleearth connection, cause GE does not get started.
I'm on Windows 7 64-bit with Java 1.7.0_17.

Do you know if GE is set up as default program for *.kml files ? You can check it by finding a file the .kml extension and double click it. If GE is default program is should start up and show the file.

Yes Martin,
Hummviewer was running before I updated. I tried both versions of download. The bundle version as well as the program only version. I also downloaded the latest Java version from the website you mentioned.
Another odd thing: Is the older version ereased when I download the 81 version? I cannot find it my software register any more.

Yes the older version is overwritten, but I think I will make the old version available from my webside. I will do that tonight. Then I would like you to download the old version again and see if that works.
Also in the meanwhile. Can I ask you to try and download version 86, and try if that works.

86 didn't work. Can you check the links of the older version on your website? If I click on them, they wont work.
