Best Aerator for baitwell/livewell?

Look to add an aerator to existing 20 gal baitwell in front of center. All I currentlt have is a raw water fill with an overflow. Shrimp die way too easily :-[

Any recommendations?

A couple things I've learned thru years of maintaining baitwells/livewells ...

Aerators that immerse a motor into the baitwell water itself creates heat that is transferred into the water ... Which is not good for bait life or fish life ...

Creating a pressure spout at the water inflow (instead of just dumping new water into the well) can infuse oxygen into the water along with new water from the supply pump ...

Here is one type of spout that can infuse added oxygen into the well ...
