Title: in need of 898 software downgrade

I called Humminbird and was on the phone for 40 minutes and just realized they sent me the wrong software that was for a 998SI

I have an 898C and I need to downgrade my software from the new 7.510. This software completely messed up my ipilot link and needs to be downgraded to 7.090 or something like that to then re-install the controller software and remote software before doing the locator upgrade again.

Does anybody have a copy of the previous software that can help me on here?

What version are you wanting to revert back to ... ??

There are several versions in the 898c download manager ...

HB recommends never reverting back to version older than what came on the unit from the factory ...
