Wondering if there is a way to change the background color from black to white or some other color. The black kills my eyes and I have a difficult time reading post. Thanks

From the home page, scroll down a bit and on the left side you will see Theme Select.
Click on the white box and three choices are there.
Try SMF Default Theme. Click on Permanently. Click change.

New as well. I just wanted to say thank you for all the information you guys post here. By searching this forum I got the info I needed to select a 898 SI to compliment my 5 year old 788ci The gallery helped me to decide on transducer placement for my 96 Astro. My boat came with a lowrance LMS 520 at the console which I thought was pretty decent, but always liked the HB. I sold it on craigslist and ordered the new one from univeral mania who I was somehwat critical of but received the unit in 2 days and it came with a HB 1 year ext warranty they had the best rpice out there. I have quite a learning curve ahead of me, but I cant wait to get started. I hope to get it wet for the first time this Friday. Work really gets in the way of my fishing. Thanks again , you guys have a nice place here and I'm sure you'll be hearing from me again soon !

All the info I was able to obtain till now was worth the $20.00 to be a charter member. I think it will be awhile before I can contribute to SI but I wanted to support a great site. JD
