The forum has a really fast response tonight. 

Is everyone just out for Friday night festivities or has an upgrade been implemented?

Yes, it's faster than it has been in awhile. I didn't think the upgrades were due to start til tomorrow.

I changed a few settings with the database.  We have been on a shared server and its been getting hit pretty hard with a lot of bandwith, not necessarily from our site.  I enabled what call a persistent connection to the database so it should run faster. 

My Host may not like it when they find out, but its keeping the forum running smoother.

The upgrades may not happen until Sunday night.
