Will I get interference with the SI ducer, with these motors? where is the best spot to place a mounting board and transducer to get it to work properly?

Next to the hull drain but not inline with the bottom rib. BUT that strap on the hull bottom parallel with the transom is going to create a lot of water disturbance/bubbles and you may not get good 2D performance when on plane.

Are the motors trimmed all the way down?  If so, you look like you have pretty good clearance side to side, but you will most likely have issues with turbulence in 2d and possibly SI.  I have to agree with Wayne on the strap.  The V hull is also going to cause little eddies that will interupt the SI sonar signals.  Although its not really a deep-V, you may notice it mostly with 455khz.

I would give it a try and see how your relults are.  But, you may have to go back and add a second SI transdcuer with and LR-Y cable.

Those motors are old school manual trim set one hole to from the top, did not know I could do a left/right dual ducer hope not to due to price but will do if necessary! I am hoping that when trolling it will be clear. High speed as important to me

The recommended clearance for the big HDSi transducers is seven inches, which you just have, but add on a mounting plate and you may have some blockage.  Is there some way of temporarily mounting the transducer and mounting plate that does not involve drilling holes in the transom?  Make sure that this is only a low speed test!  We have successfully used 3M VHB tape (very high bond).  I’ve been told this is the same stuff sold in auto parts stores to hold chrome on cars.
