Hello everybody. I currently have a 798ci HD SI. I purchased the Humminbird MHX XNT Transom Mount Transducer Bracket. And I am not sure if this will work on a kayak. I understand i have to find a good flat spot to stick the bracket. But I also need to know if this will hold on plastic/ saltwater. I been having so much hassle finding a good spot for my transducer. I tried using the plastic hull traducer but it doesn't fit on the transducer scupper. I have a Ocean Kayak Trident 13. Any ideas i can use to mount this transducer? this will be a transducer side imaging witch needs to be on the water at all times. Thank you in advance!
