Canīt register my new 998c

Hello Mr Greg,

I canīt register my new 998c.
I login in humminbird.com. Next I go to "register a product". Then I type my SN an the purchase date.

Then i click "add item"

The result is:  There is a problem adding your item. Please contact customer service.

What i doing wrong?

Peter, nothing wrong from you.  I would do as suggested and contact the suppoort group.
Recently some web changes have affected the registration program..
They will be better off to help you..

Although the web site is going through an update I would first make sure that you are correctly entering in the serial number of your unit first.  Don’t forget to add that dash mark!

Why cant they tell you the serial number is in the wrong format? 
Why call customer support to have them tell you that..

Muddy......

My guess is because the people that made the web site are not the same ones who have to answer the phone calls from the Customers!   >:D  LOL!
