Title: Question on GPS NMEA Y-Cable Instal

Hooking up Onix ci/si, 360 and GPS receiver, the GPS NEMA Y-Cable adapter has 6 bare wires, doesn't look like they are used for my setup? just tape them up?

Yes just tape them up.  They are there in case you needed an NMEA 0183 output to another device.
