Title: Ethanol in Marine Engines: Take a Stand with the EPA
Post by: Blackwaterkatz on May 01, 2009, 12:43:42 PM
Ethanol: Outboard Enemy; Let's Voice Our Opinion:
I know many farmers have it tough these days, but the farmers are pushing to increase ethanol levels to 15% and higher. The marine engines can't take this. Please take a couple of minutes to voice your opinion to the EPA at http://capwiz.com/nmma/home/. (http://capwiz.com/nmma/home/.) It only takes a couple of minutes at most.
I know plenty of people, as do many of you, that have already spent very significant sums of money to perform repairs caused by 10% concentrations. E15 makes me shudder.
Thanks to all.   ;D

On a brighter note; I found my missing cat.  Thanks

Done!  I travel across town just to buy ethanol free gas.  There is only one gas station here that sells it!

Thanks for the post!
