Time display to 24 hour clock
Explanation: 
Enable an option to select the time display in either a 12 or 24 hour format.

Hi Chuck,
My 898cx SI  with 6.180 has both time formats under setup tab and arrow down to time format

Thanks, the 1197 with 6.180 has only local time zone and daylight savings for selection.

I just dont understand why units dont have similar functions for such a basic format..

International (X) version as the 12/24h option.
But not the US version that is locked with English/miles/Fahrenheit/12h..

Just buy your units in Canada next time. :)

Or you could buy your HB unit in Australia and pay twice as much for your unit as you pay in the US for the 24hr time priviledge.

I could guess that outside of the USA most places use the 24 hour clock.

Dont understand the idea behind this though..

Such a simple piece of code..

And believe me after spending years in Europe I can appreciate your concern with pricing..
