Title: Slow startup

I am having issues with slow startup of my new Helix 9 Mega Si unit g2n. After hitting the power button the lights within the buttons illuminate, but the screen does not come with the Humminbird logo for 15-20 seconds. It's not a power issue the unit is showing 13.7 volts plus.  I have updated the system to the latest software 1.9 Any ideas?

Export your waypoints to a SD card  ...

Then Format Nav Directories under Setup tab  ... 

Then Restore Defaults under the Setup tab - power off and test  ...

If it seems better there may be corrupt waypoints in your library  ... Open your waypoints in Humminbird PC and look for weird dates, weird latitude/longitude numbers, duplicate waypoints, Waypoint names with spaces or special characters in the name  ...
