Title: humviewer 67 stoped working

it says it could not create the java virtual machine, have re loaded humverver no joy also updated java, still not working?
any advice?

You might try searching the internet for JAVA related information.  JAVA runs with a lot of programs and it could be a mismatch with another program. Possbly a printer or scanner.
Instead of reinstalling java try deleting or unstalling it and then downloading a fresh install. same with Humviewer after Java is installed.

say i must reduce xmx switch in java, can not find it?

what computer are you using?  software, age of computer, amount of real memory? are you running other applications at the same time, is the internet running when you run humviewer?
Java can be a bit of a nasty problem.

desk top computer have had humviewer for a year have up dated, no problem, tried disconnecting the internet, redused virtual memory to 904 from 2040 rebooted same problem?

all that seemed to change is the Java.  It can be a problem. Maybe one of our computer junkies can get in on this also. 
I am confused as you now.
