798CI SI HD (Version 7.600) Release Date: 05/04/2015

Updated via SD card and it went without a hitch.  Be sure and reset to default settings both before and after update.

Description:
New Features:

Added support for the NEW Lakemaster PLUS cartography with aerial imagery
Added support for Humminbird ChartSelect.
Added support for Jigging Mode.
Added support for Navigation Show Routes
Added support for Bluetooth Dongle and Bluetooth Remove
Added support for i-Pilot Link 2.5 features, which include:
     Show Routes
     Move / Copy iTracks
     Prop Auto-on
     BackTrack Distance

General Fixes:

Fixed issue where boat icon would spin 360 if you crossed from 359 to 0 or from 0 to 359.
Fixed blended beam FishID.
Fixed issue where Custom Chart Layers menu option was not being removed when a LakeMaster card was inserted.

Yeah, it seems a minor thing, but the fish alarm/ID issue has been annoying.  Sometimes it beeps; other times not.  Sometimes orange fish icons; other times nothing.   I can easily ID fish by arch signature, but its nice to know if they are close under 200kHz beam or out under 83kHz beam. 

More importantly, my wife fishes with me, and she can't see the finder but relies on the beeps.  When she's not hearing those, she can get discouraged: "That's a fish finder -- why isn't it finding any fish!?!"

Let me know if you see an improvement in this area as I may not get out on water for a week or so.
