Is it possible to export the data from your assembled ( or raw ) mosaic in any 3d formats either poly's or point clouds of any description ?
I live and work in the 3d reverse engineering and laser scanning world and would not mind playing with making a model or two of some of my favorite haunts.
I am headed out in a couple of weeks to locate some alligators in some small creeks near a neighborhood with many small kids playing and fishing the bank.
While I am sure I'll have no problem getting them located, I would really like to produce a 3d print or cnc cut of the section of the creek to present for public education training.
Has anyone written a utility to export or transform the format already ?
