Tell us the month that the updates shall be released, It would have been better to say in 2012 you will get a update that does this...l bet the help desk has been pulling there hair out......

I couldn't agree more....A few weeks ago I called up to ask about something and while I had her on the line I fired the question.....Umm what's the deal with the new update?I could tell by her tone in her voice....She was DONE with answering that question...LOL...And I have no doubt that whom ever it was who posted January of 2012 updates will be out...Has heard an earfull from the CSR's and is probably sitting at his desk with this look on his face.... ::)...LMAO

As I understand it: the delay in getting the original software out is due to the addition of the new features and functions.  Now I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for any software update as the promised date is made before all testing has taken place.  When testing is completed the software is usually released the next day, so it would kind of hard to give anyone a heads-up about a new software update as it would be out the same or next day.

Then dont say anything about it until you are ready to release a working copy of the software...
