Title: What's in the Sonar Logs?

Hi,

I don't own a Helix by now. I had a Lowrance Elite Ti unit before and loved to save the sonar logs to review them offline and tweak parameters.
Does the Helix provide this option too? SI, DI and 2D sonar recordings? I heard different oppinions. Common statement until now is that the Helix records depth information in the DAT/SON files. But what about the SI and DI information?
I know HumViewer and would like to use it to view the great MEGA SI images offline.

Units record all sonar data and GPS relative data  ...

Humminbird units only have the capability of playback in the unit itself  ...

There are several 3rd party options for viewing the Humminbird recorded data  ...
