Topic: 5.410 Update

 I have updated to 5.410 a couple of times and each time it boots up first time and works wihtout issue. Each time after the first boot it starts to boot and then shuts off. I have since donwgraded to 4.970 and all is ok. I spoke wiht Humminbird support and it is a known issue and are working on a fix. The problem is a have a 798 on the bow of my boat complaing about the 998 version of firmware. Does anyone have a prvius frimware they could post (5.x version)? Not sure how long Humminbird will take for the fix but I have a tournament this weekend.

From the menu tab at the main menu select downloads...
Select the 998 and you will see 3 downloads available.

There are some versions for the 798 also. Maybe you can find a match...
