Title: Size of SD cards

Most of the posts I've read seem to recommend a SanDisk Extreme III card for use with the SI units (mine will be a 998).  What size card do most of you gentlemen use? What would be optimum?

We use the 4gig card and limit recordings to 15 to 20 minutes.
