Topic: Trouble importing ACU files into Autochart Pro

Is any one having trouble importing AutoChart ACU files into AutoChart pro?

I can record Autochart Live files on my Helix12si Gen1 and these transfer to my zLine card when I insert it into the Helix but when I put the ZLine card into my computer to load into AutoChart Pro I get an error message that the ACU file is in the wrong format and won't load.

I contacted Humminbird, sent them sample ACU files and verified I have all the required software updates loaded but they have not been able to diagnose my problem.  They advised me to load my DAT files.
