Transducer temp sensor
« on: December 24, 2015, 05:16:01 AM »
Hi everyone
Just bought a new sideimaging transducer for my 998, had it for a month now and just the other day it started climbing in temp reading gradually.
It's now reading 46 degrees here... It's only 26 max
Is there any other reason or have I just bought a dud transducer??
Any suggestions?
Regards
Brad

Make sure the transducer is clean.
Make sure you have a good connection to the back of your unit.
Check the routing of your system wires, eliminate any interference issues.
Reset your system settings to default.
Install the newest software update, if applicable.
