Guys, can anyone tell me where I can find version 5.840 for a 788CI Combo? Every since I upgraded to the current 6.30 version, my unit starts up very slowly and occasionally freezes. It was working flawlessly until the upgrade. I've had no luck finding the older version and was told by Humminbird support that I did something wrong and would have to send it in and let them repair it. That's not about to happen!!! I will sell it super cheap as is and move on if need be. It just seems odd that I can successfully update my 997 and 858 DI but somehow I don't know the proper way to upgrade the 788. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

5.400 is listed in the software download section ...

It is recommended to not revert to older software than came on the unit ...

Yeah Rickie, that's all I could find as well. I don't want to go that far back for fear of bricking my unit. Thanks for the reply though!
