Title: Older code for 798ci si.

I know that humminbird now has 6.300 available for the 798ci Si.  I have not done a good job of saving my old files but now I might want to downgrade from 6.300 to the latest before that.  I see in the download section we have 5.840 and 6.300.  Is 5.840 really the last version before 6.300?   I tried piecing the information together from the humminbird faq but its not clear what code version is intended for what equipment, so thought I would ask.  Ideally looking for a list of the code that could be run on a 798ci si. 

Am looking for the same information for the 778c, if anyone knows where that can be found.

The latest software for a 798ci Si unit is version 6.300 and the previous version to that was version 5.840 (5.450 before that).

The latest software for a 778c unit is version 6.360 and the previous version to that was version 5.320 (4.960 before that).

I believe that they are in the Humminbird Software Download section of this web site:

Look under the appropriate folder for each model unit.

my bad, I didnt see that the 778c was on there when i looked yesterday.    Only one I am missing now is the 798ci si 5.450, but maybe I will be fine.  Got some SI troubleshooting to do this Saturday.

Look for the 798ci Si 5.450 software again.  I just looked and it shows as being there.

Now the 788c software may not have been there yesterday when you looked but it showed up soon afterwards!

It looks like someone started a second area for software downloads for the 798ci Si units.
