Title: 898 humminbird and programming map's with views and keeping mapping on as a sid

Im putting my map on and wanting to pair up with some of the views and the map is not coming up with the view's, as soon as I hit the preset button the maps are gone. I know I' m missing a step here but not sure which one. Thanks for you help. Larry.

The split views are not customizable ...

The available views (and split views) can be found under the "Views" tab in the main menu system ...

*Press Menu twice to enter the main tabbed menu ...
*Cursor over to the "Views" tab ...
*Cursor down and select "Visible" for any view (or split view) you want available when scrolling thru the views Rolodex  ...

To select a specific view (or split view) as a preset ... Press and hold the desired preset button for 3 seconds and the displayed view (or split view) will be set to that preset button ...

RNVINC:  Thanks for the information. I just got brain dead and could not remember the settings so I could just put certain views on but any way thanks for you help. Larry.
