Hello, Just installed my 998c on my boat. There is a single green pixel on the screen at all times. I am also getting a weak signal on the right side imaging. The left looks perfect but the right not so good. The head unit has 5 hours of use and Humminbird's phone number does not work this morning.

Sounds like you have a pixel that dropped out on the screen. Humminbird will certainly take care of it!
Can you post a snapshot of what you are seeing on the weak signal?
As for the phone issue, I just tried the CS number and it was fine. 1-800-633-1468

I had the single pixel failure (blue dot) on a new screen replacement and it was repaired by HB.
I took a photo of the screen showing the dot on a blank screen ( transducer disconnected and not in sumulator mode-2d view) and sent it along with the unit for repair. I did the photo out of focus so the dot would be obvious.

Finally got Humminbird on the phone. Man they need some new music. I'm shipping my unit out ASAP. They said they would go through the unit completely. Wayne, my screen looks exactly like yours only i have a green pixel. Robert, i will try to figure out screen shots when i get the unit back. Hopefully it will works as it should when it is returned. I hope so, this is my 4th head unit, Humminbird has played with this thing more than i have >:(. Maybe i should have just rented one from them. ;)
