Title: bad interference
Post by: Ninjafied on September 14, 2020, 11:15:32 PM
ok so to start i have a helix sonar gps on the bow using the transducer on my ulterra i pilot link mega down imaging trolling motor, the ulterra is networked to my console unit a helix 10 g2n mega si. the console unit has a splitter to the mega si transducer and a standard 2d transducer, both of these transducers are on the transom. the images on the console are perfect but on the bow unit im getting so much interference i cant use the sonar. i know the interference is from the 2d transducer as it was only installed a week ago but what i don't know is if there is any setting i should be looking for to clear it up.

any advice is welcome

thanks,
ninjafied

Does the interference go away on the bow unit if the console unit is powered off  ...??
