798 gps issue
« on: February 09, 2014, 04:43:20 AM »
Guys turned on the gps view all I see is brown with blue lines when moving around and compass view. How do I get the lake view instead of this?

You should be able to cycle through the different views by pressing the view or exit button.

Yes I am able to zoom in and out but it only makes the path of the boat larger. I just can't see the body of water it has to be on the map it is Fayette lake in Las Grange Texas

are you using a map card?  Just checked and don't believe that lake is covered under the contourxd maps that are preloaded on the units from Humminbird.  You would need to buy a Navionics or Lakemaster map card that covers your preferred lakes.
