I've used humviewer for years with my hb 798 but I bought 2 helix 9's
and now I cant get humviewer to work.I deleated the b004 files that were sugested
in one post to no avail.
I have the helix mega si di 9"
thanks for any help

I'm not sure Bob  ...

I would suspect that it may have something to do with MEGA imaging and CHIRP frequencies not being supported by Humviewer  ... Martin (Humviewer creator) has not checked into the forum in a few years now and no one knows how to contact him  ...

I would also suspect that if you set your HELIX to fixed frequencies by turning all CHIRP off - then Humviewer may work with your recordings  ...

I turned chirp off and turned on 455 hz. Still same..I did use a simulated recording .maybe that's not the same

I'm not sure if I've ever tried loading a recording of the simulator into Humviewer  ... 

Try a recording on the water with all CHIRP turned off  ...

Here’s how I solve this issue. Say I have a recording R00001. If I go into the R00001 folder I will see the various files.  I simply create a sub-folder called B004 and I move all of the B004 files there.  Humviewer will work just fine.
