Hi

Can I use imultaneous the green / black wire for FM radio and white / black wire for the laptop?

It functioned both used simultaneously 

From the pigtail taking the green and the black wire for radio, because that requires only pure GPS information.
The white and the black wire is taken for tex. pc applications because there additional information such as depth temperature can be used, etc.
