Topic: Where can I get 6.490 for 898c SI

Where can I get a 6.490 update to download into my 898.

I split this off and started a new topic for this subject since it was related to a different unit.

We do not have 6.490 for the 898 listed in the download section.  Did your unit ship with this version or are you looking to upgrade to it?

It may have shipped on some units, but was not officially released to the public as an update.  If this is the case, you will need to contact Humminbird_Greg here on the forum.

Maybe some other 898 users can let us know if thats the case.

6.490 came on my 898c hd si combo and I would like a copy before I upgrade

6.490 came out ~ 12 Sep 2012.  At least that is the date I have listed on my updates folder.

I'll send you a link via PM RGecy if you want to upload/put it somewhere.
