Hello,

can I change position HDSi Sonar from the back in to the front of the boat?

The Dual Beam SI works in the back from the boat.

I use the AS SILR Y side imaging splitter cable and the humminbird fishfinder 998c si.

Best regards
peter

Hi Peter

The AS SILR Y cable separates Side Imaging into Left and Right Beams - for Side Imaging products only. Allows the use of two side imaging transducers with one unit without the need for a transducer switch. Used in applications where the a plastic thru the hull transducer is required on a boat with a deep V hull. Can also be used if the motor or other items on the exterior of the boat may block one side of the transducer and distort readings.

You need the AS SIDB Y cable - Side Imaging and Dual Beam - that allows you to use two transducers on one unit without the use of a transducer switch. For use with Side Imaging products only, in conjunction with a dual beam transducer only. For improved high speed performance for bottom tracking.
