If i were to guess it looks like a canoe. That or a hollowed log.

Nice shot! Does unfortunately not look like a sub to me. It seems to be smaller than a sub. Maybe a boat/canoe, because there are better reflections ( could be indication of harder materials) around the object.

The reason why I think it is too small, is based on the fact that it is not so deep. So a sub in that deep and with the settings you have ( 104 left) should according to me look bigger on the screen.

I also believe that there is a canoe, the shadow on both ends may come from the upswept bow and stern.
