Using DI Helix models to display SI or 360 images
« on: November 03, 2015, 05:21:08 PM »
Can images from a SI 360 Helix head unit be displayed on a networked Sonar or DI model that does not have these features?
If so, can the display be modified from the Sonar or DI models, or does it need to be modified at the unit that has SI 360 image capabilities?
For example, if I have a Helix 9 SI with 360 at the console, can I view and control the SI and 360 images on a Helix 7 located on the bow?

HELIX 7 is not networkable in any configuration ...

But if you do choose a networkable 2nd unit... This 2nd unit can control and view the 360 thru the network ...

You would also need the AS ETH 5PXG switch because 2 head units + 360 = 3 Ethernet devices ...
