Hi ya'll
I've had my 797c2 for a year and am unsure what to expect as far as fish images go.
On SI view I would like someone to post a view including fish on the bottom as well as off bottom.
On sonar view I would like to see an image of a good fish signal return.
I am sorry to be such a noob, but I rarely see anything on my sonar view, while my Eagle on the front of boat is showing fish all day long. Not sure which one is working. On SI view I see what looks like clouds of shad off bottom, and I see white blips on bottom which may or may not be fish.
I just downloaded latest software update before last fishing trip yesterday.

Cant help you with a 797, but heres a shot from my 997 and another one from the 1197.
Pretty hard to beat this view of fish. 9 on the left and 4 on the right. Walleyes in 8 fow.

There are dozens and dozens of fish images posted here. Some in the gallery and some in peoples post. You can do a search and see what comes up as well.
