Title: Any good screenshots of fish on down image with hd side image transducer

Hi guys are there any screenshots floating  around of fish on down image on the hd side image  transducer that comes on the 900 series and up units

Are you asking for down image shots of the HDSI xducer on Helix ...or any down image shots with the HDSI xducer...??

Not on the helix 900 series and higher hd transducer down image of fish on the side scan ducer that I'm going to upgrade my helix 7 si to

I just don't have many "DI from SI" shots from my 1197 ...

I want to thank you ricki for answering my questions lately I really want the  helix 7 but it seems like with my helix 5 im always having to adjust it each time i go out ive been a buddys boat with hds gen 2 touch and its impressive why did you think the core units arent as clear as the hds gen 2 touch why did you choose birds over lowrance

There is no "down pointing" piezo in the HB core units ... Lowrance does have "down pointing" piezo ...

The HB core units DI images are computer generated from data received with the "side pointing" SI piezoes ...

So it's understandable that the Lowrance DI can be better ...

I chose HB because Lowrance did not even have side imaging when I started ... I still have that same 1197 that I bought in 2009 ...
