I have read that you can break down the serial number on humminbird units, but I cannot remember how it goes. Can someone explain the break down for this unit number (220509030237)? My thanks for your help.

The first 6 digits are the date of manufacture (YY/MM/DD) so this unit was built May 9, 2022 …
The next 2 digits are the production line - so this unit was built on production line #03 ...
The next 4 numbers are the sequential unit built - so this unit was the 0237th unit built on production line #03 on May 9, 2022 ...
