Title: Helix 10si and Navionics no satellite imaging

Have a new Helix 10 si and Platinum + chip.  I have followed all the directions for the satellite overlay but nothing shows on the screen.  Has anyone else come across this? Both the chip and unit are up to date.  When I look at the Navionics maps for my area on the computer I have an overlay.
