Title: ONIX 10 2D sonar and SI problem

Hi, could you please help with some advice, to understand is there is some software broken, or just some settings not adjusted properly!?

Yesterday, during fishing in shallow water ~ 1 meter. Onix 10 unit make a noise couple of times, warning about shallow water, ok, I think it’s not a problem.

After an hour 2 d sonar ''picture'' stops, we restart the unit, but instead of 2d sonar layout was white blank without depth :(

What could be a problem, we didn’t do anything before that, didn’t change settings or something like that, only confirm shallow water, when it makes a noise ''alarm'', that’s all, and also SI starts to work really slowly !!!??

Did this issue arise after the most recent software update to 2.700 for the ONIX ...??

By the way ... I removed the duplicate post from the 1199 transducer thread to keep from confusing those following the 1199 transducer discussion ...

No, there are no updates, it’s also not registered. At the beginning it didn’t seams actually :)
Just fishing, and then when look next time, 2 D and SI have some problems 

Those updates can help, where I can do this?

Let's try some trouble shooting 1st ... because the 2.700 update is reporting many that are having your issue ...but only after they have updated to 2.700 ...

Try Restore Sonar Defaults first ...
 
If that doesn't work - try a full Restore Defaults ...

Hi,
Tryed to restore sonar defolts, didnt help :(, In those  days will connect to onother onix10 sonar to understand where is the problem (brains or sonar), if brains, then restore factory defolts, if sonar, then will ask, wher can buy a new one :(
