Does your old GPS Receiver have the red wire?

It looks like on one of your pictures that you cut the main GPS cable.  Did you cut the main cable to the GPS Receiver?

here you see PIC Unit on board with the new GPS and without the Cap on the NMEA pigtail and also the same don't work GPS Not connected and cables on the pigtail are black , green white like on the old one

Greg on the last pics i upload you can see some change happened to the unit, connected on the boat with the new antenna is shows temperature on the old one not
